The Pallium Palliative Pocketbook was released in September 2008. It is a practical, peer-reviewed pocketbook intended to support safe, ethical, effective and accountable palliative clinical service interventions in various community-based settings of care (e.g., home, hospice, community hospital, long term/continuing care, community cancer care, etc.)
