Palliative Care Community Team is offering an opportunity
for Capital Health Home Care Nurses to spend a day shadowing
a Nurse or Physician Consultant to:

Develop a greater understanding of the palliative care services
and programs available in Capital Health
•Develop
a greater understanding of the role of the palliative care
consultant
